I called Mr. Korling to see if there was any possibility he could come by same day, as rain was expected again tonight. He was very accommodating and arrived and checked the solar tube to see where the leak might be. He spent at least 20 minutes checking and the leak couldn't be replicated, even with a hose directed straight on the tube cover. He said he thought it was probably condensation inside the tube, and that the installation on the tube looked impeccable. He said if it happened again, he would come back and check further. He didn't charge me a thing for the visit. He was professional, prompt and friendly. I was relieved by his findings."
