I hired this company despite zip code pricing. The rats quickly returned and when I reached out, of course they refused to call me back. Dishonest company. Do not patronize them.

We had a very good experience with CSPCC! Ricardo came out quickly to give us an estimate and then Miguel did a heroic job of removing a dead animal from under the house. They also closed up all our vent spaces with good materials. I highly recommend their services!

These guys were quick to find and show me exits and entrances rodents used and then closed them up. Traps set in a few spots inside garage and house but only one rodent was caught in two weeks of following observation. No ins and no outs.

Ken made sure that all entries possible for mice to enter are blocked or sealed regardless of where they are such as broken screens of my attic, the crawl space under my raised foundation, holes between the corners on the roof top... Ken also very patiently educated me what to watch out and what he had done during a walkthrough. His manager came over in the end to do a final check to ensure all entries are secured and all traps are set properly. 10 months later, a rodent got into our attic. This company kept their words and offered me their promised warranty free of charges. They diligently checked every possible entries and set traps. Finally, the rodent was caught. I cannot say enough to thank this company to take care of my headaches. THANK YOU!
