Ed did a great job from start to finish! Wish I had more work for him! He's very responsive and has a "If his customer's happy, he's happy" mentality! He shared pictures of prior work so we could see the type of work he did, and to give us ideas of what we might want to do. His experience showed when he organized the team, haul truck, equipment, time allotted, etc. Keep in mind that concrete work is very dusty and sometimes small pieces of concrete get splattered on walls and plants, so plan accordingly (part of the process and not a function of the work quality). Ed's very conscientious of ensuring the preparation, installation, and clean up are done properly with an eye for detail and pride in his work. He was also able to help with some ancillary projects-just ask and if he can do it, he's happy to make sure you're happy! He's easy to work and communicate with, and highly recommend him for your project!

The drop down menu options for my project are limited and do not adequately explain the large scope of our residential project. We had several height feet of the downhill side of our foundation redone, with the house needing to be leveled. It had sunk 2 inches. He fixed the driveway near the foundation that had to be replaced. Our basement floor had been poorly laid and was flooding so Ed removed it: his team dug down into the dirt, laid the right kinds of base layers and membrane before pouring new concrete that also had a drain path. He installed a sump and drainage system. Our basement has been bone dry this winter. Ed and his crew are honest, tidy, did what they said they would do, were safe, and respected the neighbors’ property. Ed spent time evaluating our problems, consulting in a way that asked us to think about project more cost effectively, and have a bid that he adhered to, scheduled/managed the inspectors, and completed the work in a timely fashion.
