"I hired Art General contractor to redo my kitchen floor. It was ruin by a leaky fridge. They suggested to go with waterproof flooring. They spend extra time to make sure everything was perfect before they left. Will be calling them again when I finish the bottom floor."

Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget.
