"Working with Nathan & KN Remodeling was the best decision we made when undertaking our garage conversion job. Nathan understood exactly what we wanted, knew our budget parameters and provided us with a range of options that helped us stay within what we were seeking to spend. We wanted it to be NICE, but didn't need to over-do any of the finishes and spend needlessly on areas that were going to be used in-frequently. The end result was fantastic. The workmanship was of the highest order, the job was executed efficiently and with constant communication and oversight. The whole job was stress free and delivered on time. I can't recommend KN Remodeling highly enough!"

"I hired So Cal Builders & Design Inc"

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"Oury at Universal Home Design did a spectacular job on the renovation of our condo in Pasadena. We completed two total bathroom renovations, replaced a fireplace, and touched up a variety of other small projects throughout the home. Oury set a fair price with a clear understanding that I would pay for all of the finishes (such as tile, vanities, faucets, etc...). I was out of town for the entire project, and Oury communicated with me every step of the way, always checking in to confirm how I wanted things done and sending photos as each phase of construction was completed. He and his team were quick, efficient, trustworthy, and they paid attention to every detail. The final product is beautiful. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a contractor, and I can't recommend him highly enough!"

From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail truly stood out. The team took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both the design and functionality of the new space. Throughout the project, communication was clear and consistent. We always knew what phase we were in, what to expect next, and any questions we had were answered promptly. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The addition blends seamlessly with the original structure of our home?it looks and feels like it was always meant to be there. The crew was punctual, respectful of our property, and kept the worksite clean and organized each day. We highly recommend this company to anyone considering a home addition or renovation."
