At first I wasn't happy because he was a subcontractor for someone else, but now I'm happy because I found a nice company who is in my neighborhood and seems fair and honest. He is knowledgeable about carpet, keeping up to date with new materials by attending certification classes. He was able to come within 2 hours of having called the company and spent a little more than 2 hours at my house. He worked consistently and thoroughly. I will be calling Mr. Meza from now on and referring my neighbors to him.
