"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. (You can see my rug being cleaned on YouTube by searching “Removing urine odor from a supersize Karastan rug.”). We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. If you want your rug to be free of urine odor, send it to petpeepee.com with every confidence that it will come back as good and fresh as new!"

"Zero Stars would suffice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We write with regret and dissatisfaction regarding your recent services. We contracted with COIT on 20 JAN with ***, the technician who came to our home to inspect and give us a quote for attic maintenance. The initial quote for the project was $2000. This project was set to include removal of all evidence of rodents (excrement and carcasses), lifting up of all existing insulation to thoroughly vacuum the attic floor of all attic and roof debris, and re-laying of the insulation back into proper place. The contract also included re-securing current air ducts at places that appeared to be loosened and cleaning the air ducts thoroughly. Technician *** requested two checks at the time of signing the contract - one written to COIT as a down payment for $250 and one to *** personally, for "supplies" for $200. Unfortunately, services were executed in a disorganized, unprofessional, utterly incomplete fashion. To start with our experience of the workflow, the team arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time slot and without essential supplies. We, as the homeowner's, were asked to provide both a ladder and a flashlight for them to complete their services. The two man crew began work and then, within 30 minutes, stated they had to step away to pick up another crew member and would return within the hour. Three hours later, the crew had not returned and I contacted *** (as this was the only phone number I had) to request an estimated time of return. He informed me that he was not coming back to the project and that two other members would return shortly. When the other two employees returned, they seemed unaware of the task at hand. I explained to them the project to be completed as described above. At this point in the day, it was approximately 1630. We were concerned that both employees appeared to require confirmation with each other before engaging in any step of the project. This resulted in a prolonged workday up until approximately 2130 that evening. Frankly, this is unprofessional and inappropriately late work hours for a noisy task. The next day, the team was scheduled to complete the air duct cleaning and secure loose air ducts but did not show for a set appointment. We called and spoke with management regarding this issue and rearranged our tight work schedules to accommodate the team on another day. On that newly scheduled day, the team arrived later than expected around 1700 with a manager and, once again, did not complete the task of cleaning the air ducts until around 2130. We appreciated that the manager came to help resolve the issue and supervise the end of the project however are now dissatisfied that the project was not completed as discussed. We recently had a different company evaluate our home for placing new insulation in the attic space. During their inspection, they were able to take photos of the attic space which demonstrated a large continued burden of debris, including particles from prior roof construction, rodent excrement and a rodent carcass whose degree of decay suggests presence prior to COIT's work. Additionally, the photos suggested that the re-laying of the insulation to appropriate places was not completed. Furthermore, the previously "secured" air ducts were dislodged and actively venting into the attic space. Technicians from the new team described that the prior securing of the air duct was completed with a single strip of duct tape which they would not have anticipated to hold tight. The new team inspected the air ducts and noted that they were in poor condition and should not have been cleaned previously due to the concern of rust and debris being further lodged into the air circulation. We were given a $150 refund for the inconvenience in project issues initially but did not know the neglect of the project details. We have since completed repeat cleaning, decontamination, replacement of air ducts and re-laying of fresh insulation with the new company costing a large additional sum. We are extremely dissatisfied with the COIT service that we paid for as the contract was not fulfilled as agreed upon. We contacted the Better Business Bureau to formally file a complaint regarding the abysmal service we received with COIT however COIT refused to respond to the complaint. We are willing to provide photo evidence of the incomplete and poor quality service. We want to ensure that this treatment does not occur to other customers. Given this incomplete work, unprofessional job timeline, and wasted client time, we feel as though refund for the services is warranted."

FAQs for drapery cleaning projects in Pauma Valley, CA
You can usually hire a drape cleaning service, a general cleaning service, or, in some cases, a professional dry cleaner to clean your drapes. These professionals will have the experience necessary to deep clean your drapes and curtains without damaging the material. A drape and curtain cleaning specialist is your best bet, as they will have the right experience, tools, and professional cleaning solutions at their disposal for the best results possible.
In some cases, it’s possible to clean your drapes yourself, but usually only if you can machine-wash the drapes. You can check the “how to wash” tag on the drapes for instructions. If the tag is missing or if the material is dry-clean only, we recommend leaving the work to a professional drape cleaner. Performing the wrong type of cleaning or using the wrong cleaning solutions on sensitive materials can destroy your drapes. A professional drapery cleaner will apply the correct solutions for safe, deep cleaning.
The average cost for drape cleaning services is around $100 per drape set, with most homeowners paying between $75 and $150. The price you can expect to pay depends on the size of the drapes or curtains, the material, and the number of sets. One cost-saving method is to hire a professional drapery cleaner to refresh multiple sets in one service. Drapes that are dry-clean-only will likely cost a bit more, as the cleaning process is more involved and might require your professional to remove them from your home, clean them off-site, and then reinstall them later.
You should dry clean your drapes twice per year: once in the spring and once in the fall. Cleaning drapes in the spring will remove dust, pet hair, pet dander, and other contaminants that build up during the winter, and cleaning them again in the fall will remove pollen and other outside contaminants that accumulate in your drapes in the spring and summer. You should consider cleaning your drapes three or four times per year if you have a lot of pets or if someone in your household has severe allergies.
Drape cleaning can be an expensive process, but it’s very often worth the investment. A professional drapery cleaner will remove odors stuck in the fabric from cooking, painting, exercising, and pets. The deep cleaning process will also remove allergens like dust, pollen, and pet dander. Ultimately, drape cleaning can help your home look and smell fresh, and maintain a healthy indoor air quality. Paying a professional for drape cleaning is worthwhile because it guarantees your cleaning solution won’t damage the material and necessitates a replacement.
