They were not very good. I made an appointment with them. They didn't show up, so I called them and they said they forgot to write the appointment down; but they did come out that evening. It was just that we were in the middle of the moving. It was kind of inconvenient.

They had to come back and redo it. It did not turn out too bad I guess overall. They were pretty cooperative. The people who worked were okay. Price wise it was good and they were responsive.

Called them because they were an Angie's List Big Deal. They came out within a few days. They called when they were on their way. When they arrived they quickly cleaned the carpet and they did a great job.
