I was able to get an appointment with Eco-Dry right away -- no wait. The Saturday appointment was very convenient to me.
Robert inspected 4 area rugs I wanted cleaned to determine if they were made of materials that he could clean, or if they required "submersion" cleaning in a rug cleaning facility. I thought this was very conscientious and professional of Robert. In the end, Robert cleaned 2 pet-stained area rugs, and recommended 2 be cleaned in a facility. Robert tested the rugs for color-fastness before cleaning, which I also thought quite conscientious. The rugs came out in great shape, with no remaining pet odor.
Robert was friendly, professional, and paid attention to detail. He was also friendly toward my dogs, which doesn't hurt!
I was very satisfied with the service and would use Eco-Dry again.

Providers were prompt, friendly, and did a great job cleaning carpets without using much water.  Pet stains disappeared and have not returned as with some traditional methods of cleaning.  No chemicals!

They worked at getting old stains out that two other people said it couldn't be done.  Although not completely removed, 90% improved.

It was not a deep cleaning, more of a surface cleaning. It was fine, but did not get the deep dirt. that probably costs more.

They always get the carpets really clean. They are responsive and everything goes well. I have them come out every 2 months. I have no complaints.

Highly recommend them. Since I've found them I've had them come in every 4-6 months to keep the main walking areas of the carpet presentable, and have always been super satisfied.

I had a positive experience with them.  They are friendly.  They were able to come out right away.  They were affordable and environmentally friendly.  They were able to come out on weekends, and they were quick and knowledgeable.
