I called Zerorez yesterday for a quote and carefully explained the dimensions of my small (4 sq ft) condo. They quoted me approx $163. They said that they had an opening for the next day, so I took it. Two guys showed up and didn't stop trying to up-sell me from the second they arrived. One had a brief look around and told me that there was urine in the carpet. LOL! The carpet is 3 years old, never a dog or cat inside, and is strictly shoes-free. He kept trying to add stuff on even through I told him repeatedly that I wanted a basic cleaning. Finally quoted me $249 for the whole place. He pulled EVERY hard-sell tactic in the book! He wouldn't answer my questions or give me a straight answer even when I directly asked for prices of things. Finally, in exasperation, I told them just to clean the living/dining area (16 x 12 feet exactly), and they would charge just over $150 for it. As he starts bringing the equipment in there is a large tank of a chemical that they were intending to spray. I had previously explained that I didn't want any chemicals, just a cleaning/extraction. His response was out-of-bounds rude, and he said something like, "Well, you claim to have used us before but you don't even know that we use orange-peel extract." Dude, don't call me a liar, especially since the people on the phone were able to pull up the records of you cleaning my last condo. It was hard keeping my cool with these guys, but I did. I never raised my voice or used harsh language. When he said that he could have cleaned the hall for $10, I said great, let's do that. Then he said that it's too late because he "already called it in." What? Then he actually said, "Never mind, we're not going to do this job." So, because you couldn't "work" me into agreeing to a ridiculously expensive job and not answer my questions they actually drove away. I have never dealt with such rude employees before. I had a decent cash tip for each set aside, plus was willing to pay up to $200 and these clowns wasted half a day of my time. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Go buy your own steam cleaner, it's cheaper and just as good.

They were prompt, on time, courteous and provided me options. They were good! Scheduling was easy too.

The last time, I used Zerorez. I would use them again. Zerorez and the other company are the only companies I would use.

They did a good job. They had a good deal. There was a few stains and they got them right out. They were busy so trying to find a time to fit them in was difficult but they got us in. It was not my ideal time but they got it in. They said they would be there by 9 and got here at 8:35 so they were on time. They did a good job of moving the furniture and things like that. They were pretty professional. There was two and it took about 2 hours. They were pretty professional, good price and did good work.

Overall, they were excellent. On price, I didn't really shop anywhere else. Angie's List had a high recommendation so I just went with that. I would tell friends and family to definitely use them.

Fantastic. Paul, the technician called first and arrived on schedule. He was very professional and clean. Did a great job. highly recommend.

The nice part about it is that the carpet dries really fast after they are done. They are doing discounted cleaning this month if you donate a blanket. I have been using them for about 5 years, and would highly recommend. They are about in the middle of the price range. They are professional, show up when they are supposed to, and it is great. Nobody has cleaned my carpets as good as them. They have never not showed up when they say they are going to, and always call first. They are really nice if you need to call and change an appointment as well. The lady on the phone is always really nice, and helpful.

They did a fabulous job. I bought the condo with trashed carpet and thought it was hopeless. I was surprised that they were able to make it look so good. They were terrific.

The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently to clean all vents. Their attention to detail was outstanding. Throughout their time cleaning they explained what they were doing and why. Prior to leaving their cleanup was great. Their attitude throughout the day was very professional yet very friendly. The next time we have vents cleaned we will definitely have them back. Excellent value and service.

They're excellent at cleaning, non-toxic cleaning. They're excellent. It was very affordable. It's great if you don't want to breathe in poison fumes or poison your dog. It's all non-toxic. It's just a wonderful company.

It was very good. The guys were very polite. They did a good job. They were very prompt. I would absolutely use them in the future. They could have vacuumed before they cleaned.

OK. Did not extract well enough, I think.

When I contacted them, they advised me that they needed to charge me 25.00 per flight of stairs that they would need to climb up in order to reach my condo. I cancelled and got my refund.
