"Excellent service. I have a custom screen door, almost five feet wide and have pets, so I wanted a heavier, "pet resistant" screen. Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. There's no such thing as a custom frame, almost all of the have to be built to fit. Pablo took care of all of that in under two hours. Great warranty and excellent service. Quality repairs. Cons: none David came to my property on May 2nd to provide me with a quote for window screens and window screen-frames. He was scheduled to arrive at 10am, which is the exact time he showed up. He did not hesitate to ask for a tour of the property to assess the amount of work involved. During this time, David kindly educated me on window screens and shared with me why he believed his product is far superior to many of the standard window screen-frames we see today. After his assessment and measurements, he provided me with a quote then and there. I was glad to see that Fast Screens provided me with a fair and reasonable quote. "I was very pleased with my interaction with Brothers. Chase was a very good and patient sales person. Brothers was the first company I had give me a quote for windows but I wanted to check with others before making my decision. Chase kept in touch without being annoying. After getting several quotes, I was still impressed with Brothers, so went with them. They were very professional, showed when they said they would and installed my windows  (7 of them!) in a very timely fashion. Amir and Eddie did an amazing job! Kudos to them! We ran into a small problem regarding egress but that was dealt with to my satisfaction by Brothers. Thanks to Michael and then Josh for taking care of that!
