He called me on Wednesday when he said he would, told me he could get to my house in half an hour and was. He measured the windows, set up his work station right from his van, and had made them within a half an hour. Everything fit. He was so nice, personable, professional, helpful. "I hired Fast Screens owner David Mercado who meet me at my home, he showed me a video on his cell phone, explained the process and type of replacement screen he does. Then he took a look at what screens were missing and once we agreed upon a price he measured all of my windows and doors all this took place on Friday. By Monday he was back with all of my screens and put them on. They look beautiful very professional better than the original screens with the windows. David was professional and helpful, great customer service. I would highly recommend David and Fast Screens and will use them anytime I need replacement of any of my screens for windows or doors. Guil came the next day and took away the old AC and caulked up the gaps in the seal on the new AC with his caulking gun. Guil was very courteous and upbeat about the install.
