"Overall, I was very pleased with the service. I had six window screens repaired. I was told that there was a minimum of $150.00 requirement. I wasn’t told this in advance, the cost was approx. $22 per window, times 6=$132.00. We settled on $140.00."

"I hired Fast Screens owner David Mercado who meet me at my home, he showed me a video on his cell phone, explained the process and type of replacement screen he does. Then he took a look at what screens were missing and once we agreed upon a price he measured all of my windows and doors all this took place on Friday. By Monday he was back with all of my screens and put them on. They look beautiful very professional better than the original screens with the windows. David was professional and helpful, great customer service. I would highly recommend David and Fast Screens and will use them anytime I need replacement of any of my screens for windows or doors. "Gen mgr./sales Rep is the real deal; many yrs experience, very open & straight shooting, offered multiple vinyl dual pane gas filled options, & worked w/us to make the price 'work' per our budget for the brand & quality level we wanted. He/they made sure they quickly placed the Manufacturer order, while squeezing our installation in/end of Sept. before we left on a trip. Installation team was organized & didn't mind my occasionally checking the walls & windows as they progressed, though i did find more than one or two cuts/dents in the vinyl framework, which while being minor blemishes, should have been avoided (whether caused during transportation or during installation). They cleaned up near the windows well, though failed to vacuum their dirty paths from front door to the liv. rm & bdrm (though they did also vacuum up the carport moderately well). Finally, & its not a major biggie but, when they reinstalled the long living room vertical blinds system, they didn't leave it working as well as it was before they showed up. This 14 yr old blinds system wasn't problem free before they arrived so, i chose to let this more difficult to use system remain an ongoing issue/not originally caused by Brothers Home Improvement."

"I would highly recommend M&M Glass Company. They usually do commercial property projects, but they came out to my home and repaired the clear sealant between our multiple window panels of our curved living room picture window. The two gentlemen team did an excellent job. They prepped the windows by cleaning them first. Next, they covered the carpeting in the living room before beginning the project. They taped the windows with straight strips of tape to ensure a cosmetically perfect strip of sealant between the window panes. After skillfully applying the clear sealant and allowing time to dry, the tape strips were removed, revealing perfectly straight sealant. While one picked up the paper covering off of the floor and vacuumed up the old sealant that needed to be removed, the other repairman cleaned the outside and inside of the window again. They did a completely professional job from beginning to end of the project. I was grateful that they lived up to their motto that no job is too small for M&M Glass Company. I would definitely hire them again."
