Pablo showed up and replaced not only the screen, but also repaired the door rollers and two windows, one of which required a new frame. There's no such thing as a custom frame, almost all of the have to be built to fit. Pablo took care of all of that in under two hours. Great warranty and excellent service. Quality repairs. "I was originally planning to get a wooden door, but Tony explained how much cheaper and easier it would be just to get a pre-hung metal door. He explained it would never need maintenance (as, of course, wood does), and all I'd ever have to do is just hose it down. None of the other people I interviewed for the job thought to suggest that, and one of them gave me an estimate of $1,500! I am very happy with the door; it's heavy-duty and looks just like wood. "They did a great job! They came to my home, measured the window and a few days later they were ready to install. Unfortunately the glass didn't fit properly when they installed it. Instead of lying to me though and saying it was fine (which he could have because I wouldn't have been able to tell a difference) he explained that the glass didn't fit properly so he needed to measure again and new glass would be ordered. A couple days later they came back with the correct glass. They didn't charge me until the right glass was installed. I appreciate their honesty and highly recommend them!"
