I had a great experience with Smart Finish, who I used for gutter cleaning. I found them via Angi?s List, and they were quick to reach out and provide a quote. I took a few days to review vendors and when I texted them back to try to book, they were extremely responsive and answered all my questions. They even had someone available to come out the same day. Jeremiah arrived on time, was very communicative and professional, and did a great job with my gutters and cleaning up the debris. Great service from start to finish. I will definitely plan to use them for future needs.

Using Smart Finish was a positive experience, since they had their hands full with multiple window frames that were difficult to open and reclose due to broken spring mechanisms. Two suggestions: -- A call the day before to confirm the appointment would have been appreciated. -- Provide your crew with hand-vacuums for particularly dirty tracks (like ours were), so after brushing them clean, the fine silt-like dirt doesn't get brushed into the house.

They showed up on time, were efficient and knowledgeable, did a good job cleaning the windows outside, and were able to add more windows to the job when I asked, and quickly got me an updated reasonable price. The problem: after they left I saw that one of my screens was completely ripped away from the frame and just dangling in the breeze. Another was ripped but not as bad. They never told me, which they should have. And a screen frame was not replaced properly into the track, so the whole bottom corner is sticking up in the air. Now I have to find a mobile screen replacement company to fix these things. If not for these, I would have rated the company 5 stars.
