NC is working on architectural and design elements of a significant remodel of our mid-century residence. Their research skills, attention to detail, and work quality are exemplary. Frankly they demonstrate some of the strongest characteristics I have observed of any professional in my career. Hired for submitting documents for SoCal Gas install and Edison install. After the work was completed and he was paid, he still responded promptly and did any corrections/requests SoCal Gas wanted. Will work with again.

We have worked with NS Designs on two projects: bathroom addition and simultaneous remodel of existing bathroom and a full kitchen remodel. They were incredible partners: terrific ideas, patient, accessible, responsive and thorough. Moreover, they directed the contractor extremely well, thus expediting the project and saving us money. Plus, their fees were reasonable. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of working with Nathan Sewell and his team four years ago to re-build our home. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and to understand our style. They presented us with a truly mind-blowing design and transformed our fixer-upper ranch house to a practical, modern yet warm home. He was mindful of our budget and suggested designs that accentuated the modern aesthetic of the house. Nathan and his team were prompt in responding to our e-mails throughout the course of our project. They took care of the planning and permitting process efficiently.

I had the best experience working with him. My old architect left the project in the middle due to family issues and Nathan saved my project and gave me peace of mind. I contacted him on Friday and he showed up at our store right away and spent I half hr explaining about the project. He quoted a very reasonable price much much less than my precious architect and also when I requested him to complete the project by Monday morning he delivered it as promised as opposed to my old architect who took hours and hours of meetings , multiple trips to city and health department, always finding reasons to find problems rather than find answers. Nathan made the whole process so simple, professional and pleasurable.Our plan is approved. I am extremely happy working with Nathan and would hire him again for my projects and recommend him to others.
