After the series of atmospheric rivers hitting California, our backyard hillside flooded into the pool. David was responsive and very knowledgeable about the steps and process to get the pool in swimmable condition again. He was very clear about the estimate, fees and timeline. He took detailed pictures before and after and helped us to operate the heater properly with easy to use instructions in picture detail. David was easy to work with, understands the problem and clearly communicates the solution with integrity respect and honesty. Great guy highly recommend his services.

When my previous pool service quit, Home Adviser directed me to David at Puck Pools. It turned out that there was a time/distance issue, but David, seeing my desperation (algae, no suction at the skimmer), cared enough to take on my 50-year-old pool and me. His first challenge was to replace the pool's ancient pump and filter. This presented a great many difficulties, but David persevered, working from the afternoon long into the night until he had my pool up and running. It looks beautiful! I'm very fortunate to have obtained David's services. He is highly knowledgeable, an excellent communicator, reasonably-priced, caring, and personable. Beyond that, he is a man of integrity.

Puck Pool service is the best.! The owner David is honest , and more than anything is he cares about his work and his customers. He helped me discovered and replaced my timer that was causing my high power bill. Wyatt and David did an amazing job on cleaning the filter. He made a promise that he can get the pool ready for me by 7/4/21 and totally made my pool spot less for me to use for my fotth f July party! Before meeting David, I was unaware that there are Certifications for pool experts who have to demonstrate a solid understanding of pool chemistry and equipment to qualify.
