The guys doing the masonry work were fantastic - taking the care to do perfect work on a project that required laying a lot of stone tile on the patio and around the pool. "They did a great job!  We gave them specific directions to trim the two huge trees off the roof and away from the sidewalk, and they did exactly that, and when we requested they trim a few branches a bit more because they hung over a neighbor's property, it was no problem or additional expense.  There was a very heavy windstorm within a month of the trim job, and a remaining branch snapped and was hanging down.  I called California Arborist and they came out the same day and cut it off, with no additional charge.  The trees were shaped nicely, not just lopped off.  We were very happy with the work.

"I really appreciate the work done by Edgar and his team. We ended up stripping up carpet and completely replacing subfloor--lots of unevenness and squeaking and earlier patches. Then put it in new laminate flooring. Edgar was super responsive and helpful and they got the job done very quickly. Would absolutely use them again. Not rating price because the other bids I got didn't get to point of including subfloor replacement, so I'm not sure how they would measure up."
