The grading was all wrong creating lots of sitting water that was causing damage, old fences and decks were rotting away and hazardous and things were pretty ugly. We are loving the yard now and getting so many compliments from neighbors. We want to be outdoors all the time now and entertain. This yard was in horrible shape before and a major undertaking. Eduardo and his team were so professional and left the site immaculate everyday. They stuck to the timeline given and we now have this beautiful yard in both the front and back to enjoy.
