"We previously hired a contractor to install the sprinker/irrigation system. The same day the system was turned on, the pipe burst. The contractor promised to fix it right away; he started the repair job, but never finished it. After trying unsuccessfully for more than a week to get that contractor finish the paid-for job (which he had said could be done in less than a day), we gave up, and called Nato of Zarco Landscaping. It was a small project. But Nato came out for an estimate the same day we called him, and got the job done the next day. He was responsive, punctual, professional, and the job was well done. him paint the exterior of our house about a year ago.
We were very happy with
the quality of his work and we had looked at several bids and he was the most
competitive. 
This last August we put our house on the market as we were
moving out of the area.
Our realtor advised us to have the house staged and
repaint the inside-which we did. 
We
needed the work done in a timely manner as there were a lot of things we were
coordinating with a tight timetable.
The painter that was recommended by the
realtor gave a bid that we thought was high and also took way too long ? 9 days. 
Then he said he was too busy for when we
needed the work done. In the meantime I contacted Michael again and got a bid
from him.
He gave me a bid on the spot and was able to start exactly when we
needed him and did it in less than 6 days. 
As before, he did quality work and even did some things that we had not
foreseen that were not in the original bid (like painting inside closets) and he
didn?t charge us extra. And he was still $500 less than the other bid we had!  He had to work with a paint ?color expert?
from the realtor who was very demanding and particular.  Michael did a great job and was courteous and
friendly throughout.   
I would highly
recommend Frederick Jones painting for any interior or exterior work.
