I had them do the estimate. Chris Andrade did the walk through and took pictures and measured the amount to be replaced. They were fast in coming despite the amount of damage in Houston done by the hurricane. I do recommend them for your fencing needs. I gave stars for quality of work even though it hasn't been done because I can't post the review without checking it.

The begin of the process started off great with their sales representative Kjahek, Ergeon CSR, who contacted me immediately via phone she walked me the through process and didn't amazing job. Giving me the exact footage via Google Earth of the materials I needed to perform the installation. The problem occurred when everything was transferred from Kjahek (Ergeon, CSR) to the project manager. Two project managers contacted me after 3 weeks and then communication went silent. That was a major concern for me. Then all of sudden out the blue during the 5th week, I got a message from Omar saying he will be overseeing my project.... Let's just communication isn't his forte, especially him being a project manager not once did he every visit the job site. Instead he sent a crew of 3 to do an onsite verification of the property dimensions, material needed. Getting the permit was an absolute a nightmare. Don't expect Omar to anymore to go up and beyond to please his customer. he expects his customer to do all the leg work. That in it's self put a sour taste in my mouth, especially coming from a warehouse manager who goes the extra mile for customers. Anyway the day of installation only 2 people were assigned to install the fence. Those 2 guys (Jose and Antonio, get a 5 star rating because of professionalism and experience. That is the reason I rated my experience 3 stars. If it wasn't for the 2 installers. My rating would have been 2 stars. As far as my recommendation for a fence company. I'm sure there many others out there that give alott better customer satisfaction. As for the pretty of the fence spot on. On regards to material quality. It's to early to give that a rating at the moment.

Working with Ergeon was a very positive experience. The staff answered my questions promptly, the virtual visit was easy to navigate and let me talk with a real person about what I was looking for. They were informative about the progress of the project, and even built the fence with two gates in one day! We are very happy with our overall experience and would recommend Ergeon to anyone.

Turn around time was great, friendly workers and will refer company. They have great communication, top rating and i will contact this business again when ready.

My only concern was having to go through some kind of monitored phone line and getting different people a number of times. The crew, themselves, did a great job!

Shortly after having my fence installed (by Ergeon) I went back to Ergeon for some follow-up work. I wanted my fence stained/sealed (and I didn’t want to do it myself). Andrea L. returned my call quickly and helped me pick out the color I was looking for and walked me through what to expect when it came to getting the job done. We were impressed by the professional response and follow through from Ergeon. They sent us an email confirmation of our phone conversation and set a time and date for a measurement and video estimate of our fence replacement. The young man who evaluated our job called the day before and morning of our appointment and arrived 10 minutes early! He was pleasant and very thorough, and explained they what the process in detail. We received excellent customer service with Renee Granados who provided us with 2 estimates and discussed the pros and cons of each style we were considering. He was able to answer all our questions, and was happy to spend as much time with us a we needed to feel that we fully understood the what the job entailed and how long it would take to complete. The estimates were thorough and clearly defined the scope and cost of the project.

Rene Granados was my first point of contact for all my questions and concerns and he was very knowledgeable. This will be my third fence project by Ergeon, so what does that tell you? Their working crew was efficient and quick each time. My neighbor's and I were satisfied and impressed but most of all I trust them to get the job done, Beginning to end, the were very professional.
