He put up a big piece of drywall for me which came from the cutoff by water damage dry out process. I also asked him to disconnect my dishwasher and reconnect it 3 days later (I did the floor installation which goes under the dish washer). He did come back for reconnection as promised. For the drywall put up, I hoped he could make it more flush by add one more layer of the joint compound after the initial one. Overall, He is good"

"IVS built a beautiful new fence + rolling driveway gate in our front yard. Ignacio and his team are true metal and wood craftsman who completed our project on time on and on budget. Regular communication, beautiful work, and clean up were some of the best I've seen compared to past construction projects. Our driveway had a slope, making installing a rolling gate particularly challenging. The gate fits perfectly and the mechanisms are as smooth as butter. I was happy to see that IVS didn't cut corners and installed plenty of rebar in the foundations for the driveway and pedestrian gates, used high quality hardware, etc.. Getting metal posts didn't cost much more and I think we'll be happy for many years and not worry that the posts rot would rot all wood fences eventually do. I will be using IVS for all future fence and gate work."
