Ergeon Fencing company replaced my old fence doors with new vinyl fence doors for only $3k parts and labor and in my mind it us worth the investment .

Great service from start to finish. Communication was excellent, timeliness of the job was fantastic. Exactly what i was hoping for, definitely recommend and ask for Jose for your PM, he was awesome and went above and beyond!!!

I would not hire this company again if it was the last fence company in business. Totally dissatisfied with the deal, all I got was excesses after excesses. I believe this company is a scam and or not a rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The project has not started yet but, The pro I spoke with was completely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like I have no doubts about how this project will go.

Islas fencing was outstanding and professional. Their team explained and completed the install in 3 hours.

If I could give a lower review, I would. The work was just ok. It looks nice but not the best quality. They also tried to leave part of the old fence. Then told me that I agreed for them to leave a foot and half of fence. I was also charged almost $1500 over what was quoted. First I was told it would be another $500 plus dollars. After they removed my old fence. At a point in the job I could not have them stop the job. Then when I got my final quote there was another charge. When it was all said and done I was charged around $1200 dollars in extra labor after the fact. In total I paid around $6200 dollars for 70ft of fence and 2 gates. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. I would rather deal with a honest crook than someone who does what they did to me. Good luck I hope my post helps.

I had my side fence done by Eregon who subcontracted the work to Stylistic Fencing, and it was of very poor quality. Many of the wood pieces that they used were damaged. Moreover, the gap between the adjacent panels for some of the pickets is unacceptable as I can see my neighbor's yard through the gaps. When I discussed this is Paula she stated the gaping between the pickets is normal. Yet I showed her two examples: one where the pickets were closer and acceptable and one where there is almost two-inch gap between them. I am yet to hear a response from Paula. Eregon and Stylistic Fencing are refusing to look into this issue, and I will be filling a case with the California State Licensing Board if they further refuse to look into the issues associated with my fence. To conclude they left trash my yard when they finished building my fence.

The representative that got in contact with me, Alan, was absolutely great. He was very responsive and concise during our communication, accommodating of my schedule, and a great sport overall. The installers did their job quickly as well.

Wish I could put 0 stars. Please save yourself the time and money and go with a different company. This is a general contractor company who hires random sub contractors to come out and do the job for them. The first sub contractor that installed the fence was extremely unprofessional and talked bad about Ergeon. After the initial install I informed them that I was not satisfied and they sent the same guy out to half fix or say he couldn't complete the repairs. Two months later they finally found another sub contractor to come out and make the repairs. In the end I got no discount, communication with the company was horrible, and not once would they led me speak to a manager about this issue. Oh yeah and they will only reply to you through text and it might be a week before you hear a response!

I have previously used Ergeon Fence with excellent results. This time I spoke with their representative, Mario Gamero. He was polite, professional and pleasant. He explained the details of the estimate and answered all my questions. He was equally responsive in addressing a follow-up question I had after our initial conversation. He made me feel confident that Ergeon will once again do an excellent job.

From the start I was impressed with Mario. He took the time to explain fencing and types of wood to me. He was very patient with me and all my questions. I loved the tool he had so you could kinda see what your fence was going to look like. I appreciated all the options there were and how fast he got me my 1st quote. Mario is very very professional and polite. We are getting a 60+ yr old fence replaced on both sides of a house we have for rent. I dont live in the area but Mario has been so helpful and doing everything by emails and text and calls is not always easy....but Mario has truly stayed by my side and kept helping me. Thank u Mario and your team! Great people!

Look good on paper/internet BUT the young men that showed up at my door were less than helpful with the information that was promised!

I am just beginning the service, but Ralph has been extremely responsive, had great customer service and has worked with me and the 3 neighbors I am splitting the fence with diligently in the quote process! Got 3 quotes and by far Ralph was most responsive and really ensured we were getting what we wanted.

I would recommend Ergeon in a heartbeat. Quality of work and communication between us was outstanding.

Terribly disappointed in follow through of this company. Made appointment took two weeks to schedule, just needed pics for an estimate. They did not take any pics because no one was home. Inside person knew there were renters, gates were left opened. Because he could not talk to them he left without taking any pics! Straight forward replacement front and back fence. Now another 2 weeks before they can come back! We are in the construction business ourselves, our employees are trained to find solutions for these kind of simple things. This one was a no Brainer! Simply take the pics! I am so disappointed. I will not use this app again

Expected a 1 inch concrete layer with wire mesh, only got a quick spackle job maybe a 1/4 inch thick. At least 3 times more expensive than it should have been. Feel ripped off.

I am 89 years old and was concerned about undertaking a driveway and walkway concrete replacement with paver stones with the covid-19 situation on going. Ergeon's crew and support team demonstrated their professionalism and I was totally confident the job would be completed on time with minimum concern on my part.
