"We had a wonderful experience with Emilio and his team! Emilio is an excellent communicator—he texted when he was on his way and again when they finished, which we really appreciated. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating when our schedule changed. Emilio is so kind and personable. He always asks how my husband and I are doing, we chatted about our recent vacation, and even our very shy dog loves him! Their attention to detail is amazing. We came home to a spotless house—even with our dog shedding nonstop, there wasn’t a hair on the floors! We had also just returned from vacation with laundry piled up, and Emilio went above and beyond by moving our sheets to the dryer and making our bed with the clean sheets. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. We highly recommend Emilio and his team!"

"We hired Vania to give us a thorough and complete cleaning prior to moving out of our downtown Walnut Creek apartment. Before she came, the place was filthy and hadn't been cleaned for many months. It was so dirty I felt bad and was worried they wouldn't be able to get everything done. The floors were really stained and dirty, along with most drawers and cabinets. After the cleaning we came home to a brand new apartment. I was shocked about how meticulous they were, everything came out clean and looking brand new again. We had a walkthrough with our landlord the following day and he agreed to give us our entire deposit back based on how nice everything was. You will not regret calling Vania and rest assured she can tackle any job, no matter how big or small."

Customers say: Quick response

"We liked them so much we hired them twice! They cleaned our new house, a 3 bed/2 bath in about 3 hours. They did such a great job (house was fairly clean but had very gross bathroom cabinets and some dirty kitchen storage), that we hired them to do a move-out cleaning on our old rental. Our landlord just gave us the seal of approval on the great cleaning job! They cleaned inside of drawers, cabinets, refrigerator. They made our dirty tub sparkle. They also did a great job cleaning the top of the oven range. We are seriously considering hiring them for ongoing cleaning, too! They were willing to come on Saturday for one of the cleanings and a Monday holiday for another, so they have very flexible scheduling, which is great."

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

If you’re hiring a house cleaner, you should have them clean the house bi-weekly. This is the most common frequency for people who hire house cleaners, but what’s best for you will depend on how big your house is, how many people live in it, and if you have any pets. If you can maintain tidiness and deal with any immediate spills or splashes on your own, then a professional clean bi-weekly or even monthly should do the trick.

Yes, we tailor our services to meet your unique preferences and priorities.

Professional cleaning utilizes industrial-grade equipment and formulated cleansers that penetrate deeper into fabrics, removing stubborn dirt without risking damage that DIY approaches might, such as surface abrasion from improper tools.

The most effective toilet tank cleaners include commercial cleaning products, but for DIY purposes, white vinegar is best. Vinegar can help kill bacteria and remove mineral buildup from your toilet tank, but it won’t harm the necessary bacteria in your septic tank as some commercial products can. For the best clean, hire a professional to choose the most aggressive cleaning product that’s still safe for your septic tank, or use white vinegar and a scrub brush to do the cleaning yourself.

Virtually any material in your basement can absorb and hold onto musty odors, including building materials like wood framing, insulation, drywall, and flooring, as well as cloth furniture, clothes, area rugs, cardboard boxes in storage, and more. If you’re looking to get rid of the musty smell in your basement, it’s a good idea to remove or replace these items and address the underlying moisture issue for the fastest results.
