"Josh and his wife cleaned expertly and went above and beyond to perform a "move-out" clean on my rented house. First, they came to view the property and project. Next, they communicated effectively via text about timings and extra duties. Then, on the day of the clean, they had a plan and split up the work so all was done on time to their expert standards (e.g., window washing, refrigerator clean, bathroom tub scrub and even washing the glass covers from the light/fan fixtures). Their tools were effective. They were gentle and patient with me when I didn't have some areas cleared and worked constantly until the spaces were cleared. They removed grime and gunk accumulated over years from my garage. They were generous and courteous and let me be concerned for their welfare and safety (e.g., back health). They even took extra trash to the dump for me for a negotiated price. All in all, they were just wonderful to work with. I would recommend them!"

As part of the restoration the windows were completely disassembled and reassembled using original glass. Michael respected not only the house, but also our furniture and furnishings including period appropriate textiles used in our window coverings. On the exterior he uses deionized water and a soft bristle brush without detergent to remove not only dirt you can see, but also dirt that exists in the surface of the glass so the glass stays cleaner longer.
