The technician, Alex N., cleaned my windows with a method that left them scratched from top to bottom and side to side. The cost to repair is $4,008.00. The owner of the company is refusing to take responsibility and now I have to file a law suit. My advise is that cheaper is not better, and to request a copy of the business Certificate of Liability insurance, because if there is a liability issue that occurs, you will be hard pressed to get the name of business insurance carrier to file a claim. The company earned zero stars from me, but the system requires at least .5 star.
