Very pleasant and fast working team. Thorough careful work. Fit my house into their schedule quickly Only thing that could have been slightly improved was stove but they focused on the kitchen last and it was past dark so may have run out of time. Very pleased and will hire again.

We hired Vania to give us a thorough and complete cleaning prior to moving out of our downtown Walnut Creek apartment. Before she came, the place was filthy and hadn't been cleaned for many months. It was so dirty I felt bad and was worried they wouldn't be able to get everything done. The floors were really stained and dirty, along with most drawers and cabinets. After the cleaning we came home to a brand new apartment. I was shocked about how meticulous they were, everything came out clean and looking brand new again. We had a walkthrough with our landlord the following day and he agreed to give us our entire deposit back based on how nice everything was. You will not regret calling Vania and rest assured she can tackle any job, no matter how big or small.

Vania and her team are incredible! We started working w Vania when our longtime (over 8 yrs) Housecleaner was no longer a fit for our family. I was worried to let go of someone we trust and bring in a stranger but Vaniaâ s calm and professional attitude plus quick responses put me at ease. Her team is now at our home twice a week (I would have them everyday if I could). They are excellent at what they do, they do it in a timely manner and while being wonderful people to be around. I work from home and it has been easy to still get things done while they are there cleaning. Vania assists with communication and payment which makes the process seamless. They make my life easier and I could not be happier with our decision to work w her.

we were extremely disappointed with the service. we specifically mentioned that this was a move out clean. they did a hurried job and did not clean the blinds, the screens and windows that we got dinged for it. when they were ?finished?, my partner realized that they didn't clean the inside oven which is always included in a move out clean. they said they won?t do it since that is hard to clean. it was only after it was called out when they finally agreed. it seemed like they were hurrying as they have other cleaning jobs to do, but they should have better organized their time. we could have used better cleaners for a move out clean.

"It is very sad to know how disappointed you guys were. I would have totally sent them back if the job was not done properly. But, I, unfortunately, did not know until this bad review. For this type of cleaning the client needs to understand that it takes time and needs to be paid accordingly. if you do not want to pay what it costs, I do have to schedule other clients, so the cleaners can make their living expenses. I was told that the apartment was in "okay" condition, but when the cleaners got there wasn't the case."

Started off great first cleaning, pretty good with the second and then hit or miss after that. The ladies were nice and communicated with owner easily. Compared to other services prices were a bit high. The main reason for the low rating is they took photos of the inside of my house and posted them publicly without my permission and have yet to come down. Very invasive and unsettling.
