The Man knows EVERYTHING there is to know about pools/spa/decks/pluming/whatever...He helped me so much with design and layout. My pool and spa were built 70 years ago, and both had issues on top of being plainly cracked, leaky, old, and ugly. The spa was covered for the last 5 years and was literally brown inside with holes and broken jets. They went above and beyond any call of duty to bring my pool and spa up to speed for 2021! I took a chance on fiberglass and I'm soooo happy that I did! Everything looks brand spanking new, clean, and gorgeous!!! Fiberglass feels amazing! "I contacted them for a quote and they called me within 10 minutes. Explained what they would do and the cost. (I also had two other quotes, 1 company was a little more expensive, the other quoted long distance rate). We set the date and they explained the cancellation policy. They called the day before the move to re-confirm the time and asked if I had any questions. The next morning two young men, Jason and Serge, arrived on time. They were prompt, professional, hard workers and had a great sense of humor. We walked through the house so they would understand what was being moved. And then they started. They worked fast but were very careful in wrapping and organizing everything. Once loaded, we headed to the new place. Several items needed to be moved out to go to another location which they did very quickly. Then everything was unloaded, we headed to a second location to drop off items and pick one up to return to the condo. Everything was moved without a dent, nick, chip or any breakage. They arranged furniture for me and put together things they had taken apart. They did the complete job in just 5 hours. I would absolutely hire this company again. I was very pleased with them."

"Our experience with California Smartscape was OUTSTANDING! We were so impressed with the 3D landscape design that Andrew created for our backyard. We had considered 6 bids from other companies before signing a contract with California Smartscape. The other companies presented a design for us on paper but it was still hard to imagine what the backyard would really look like. Andrew projected our backyard creation onto a large TV screen in their lovely showroom. He was able to show us the plants that we wanted in the planters, the color and size of pavers, the seating walls, and matched the natural stone of our new fire pit to our existing stone BBQ. Andrew even had my wife and I sitting around the fire pit having a drink and our dog lying on the pet friendly turf wagging her tail. This presentation really sold us on California Smartscape. Our Project Director was phenomenal. Bob W. and his crew Geovany, Epe, and Simone were hard working, incredibly reliable, punctual, and so accommodating to our every wish. They were creative (made excellent suggestions) and very patient with my wife's desire for perfection. The guys always were willing to redo, exchange, or move, this or that. They were just FANTASTIC! The two men that sealed the pavers were as hardworking and meticulous as the other employees of California Smartscape. The artificial turf installers did a wonderful job as well. They gave our small turf area a rolling hill look as opposed to a flat installation. This process typically involves repairing any damaged areas. Chips or cracks are repaired using Bondo or another type of polyester putty. After repairs are made the surface is prepped with an acid etching and ready to add the primer and porcelain paint. Once dried for 48 hours is ready to use.

"I could not have been happier with the work that ESI did on my home, which included a full kitchen remodel, vaulting some ceilings, and installing 3 skylights. The end product I received was better than I dreamed it could have been. Their whole team is very professional and I got along with them very well. They were on time when they say they will begin work and the guys that installed my solar panel and inverters were very clean. I mentioned that I'm very worried about leaks because my son is very sensitive to mold and they made sure to seal everything very well n show us the work they've done and ask if we see anything that needs to be addressed.
