"The house exterior was power washed, the stucco was repaired, cracks in the wood filled, peeling paint was removed and the entire exterior of the house was painted including the patio cover. When the job was completed, the painters cleaned up and left paint for touch ups. My house looks terrific. From the outside, the house looks brand new. "To set the scene - my house is 100 years old, has the original wooden frame windows, stucco walls, and was sorely in need of some TLC. Jason Secor was very prompt in coming out for an estimate and to provide a proposal. He listened to my requests and concerns and clarified if I wanted careful restoration vs. a quick fix. I was definitely looking for careful restoration. His team, Juan and Jesus, arrived early every day and kept me informed regarding their work. They were always very courteous and respectful. They paid close attention to detail and were extremely meticulous in their work. They thoroughly cleaned up every day and easily worked around other tradespeople. Jason was readily available every step of the way from start to finish. The outcome was amazing! Everyone commented on how impressed they were with the work as it progressed and the final product. "Nestor did a fantastic job painting our home, eaves and fascia board, plus staining our deck. Nestor took the time to do all of the prep work himself which shows that he is passionate and cares about doing a good job. He had a handyman come and help replace some wood and also do stucco work. He really sealed up the house nicely before having his team come out and paint, which they did quickly and efficiently. He did a lot of prep work on our deck to restore it before staining and it looks absolutely spectacular. Some painters will rush you on choosing colors but he took the time to make sure everything was perfect before moving ahead. His team also moved all of our deck and patio furniture and plants before and after staining which was a big help. Cannot recommend highly enough!"
