I appreciated his collaborative approach to the landscape design. He laid out a wonderful garden plan which incorporated my preferences. He clearly listened to my ideas and vision. He also treats his workers with respect, and they were highly professional. They cleaned up the yard everyday before they left and they did not attempt to do "short cuts" to save time. Ivan and his assistant arrived on time and did a great job. The lawn had not been dethatched in years and it showed. Ivan made several passes with his machine, and in couple hours time had my lawns dethatched and the excess thatch stowed in the recycle. I found Ivan and the work he performed for me to be quite satisfactory. Ivan is very personable and quite the professional ...I found the prices that he charged fair and reasonable.
