Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "I needed a medium to large move done as quickly as possible, and United Prime Van Lines in Los Angeles exceeded all my expectations. "I have used this company twice for various moves. They arrive within the window scheduled and give a call when about 30 min away. They were able to load my previous apartment up in about 1 hour, even with 3 flights of stairs. Total move with a drive of about 20-30 min took them just shy of 3 hours. Nothing damaged. They don't set things back up, but otherwise, no complaints. Would use again."

"I hired them to move from Hawaii to Florida. Informed me of the size container my items were to be transported in. Also told me that I needed to pack the items myself. They arrived for pickup with a U-haul and stored items loosely inside. Not in a (200 CUBIC FEET, 7`x 6`x 5`) container as stated. When my items arrived in Florida, they were transported loosely in the back of a 16 wheeler. Boxes, ladders and other items had moved, shifted and fallen. This damaged several boxes and other items. Pictures were taken prior to unloading of the damaged boxes. Individual pictures were take of the boxes and the damaged items inside. Some of the items were in hard plastic boxes that were also damaged and broken. Their response was: The carrier is not responsible for any damage to fragile items unless they were packed and unpacked by its employees. Since the carrier did not pack or unpack any cartons, the driver would not know the contents or condition of the items. As a result, the carrier cann"
