I wasn’t so lucky. Scott gave me a weekly maintenance price as well as a price to acid wash the pool including start up chemicals. As far as the start up chemicals, he left on Friday and Saturday we tested the water and it needed everything. I texted him and heard nothing. On Monday I texted him again to ask when he was coming back and he said “he wanted to help me but was too busy”. I had to run out and purchase a startup kit when it was supposed to be included. I asked him when he was going to tell me that he wasn’t returning and he gave me a sarcastic response. Also, it took 4 1/2 days to empty the pool because his “new" hose had holes in it under the water surface and we couldn’t see that it was emptying right back to the pool and Scott never checked. Scott wasn’t too good to me.

Scott came recommend from a friend and I have been using them for about a year now. Very prompt,reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone that needs a pool man or repairs. Most of all he gets my pool and jacuzzi clean every week even in good or bad weather.
