We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. He genuinely cares about quality and creating the best outcomes. For us, this involved discussing many possible solutions. He suggested adding braces of both wood and metal to improve the structural integrity of the gazebo. The metal braces are a critical component that he derived from the specific windy conditions of our property. Then he researched this addition and figured out how to shape them to the unique structure of the gazebo. He did a beautiful job of adapting an imperfect structure into a safe and beautiful one. "Marco and his assistants were fantastic.  I had a very specific design in mind for a custom built-in cabinet for my hallway.  Marco came by to look at the space and discuss the plan I had and gave me an estimate that evening.  We agreed on the price and the very next day he was there with his men and began.  I am a very picky person - Marco discussed each step along the way to make sure the project was staying to my liking.  He pointed out problems with my original design and offered suggestions to remedy the problems.  Long story short the cabinet came out beautifully.  The materials are great - the painting is perfect - I couldn't be happier.  They were very respectful to my home - the demolition portion of the project was very well done.  I have many more projects in mind and Marco is the first person I will call.
