We hired KBHI to remove a very outdated looking wall attached to our fireplace, move the gas line, remove some outdated bricks in front of the fireplace and propose a solution for removal of the outdated wood. Kyle and his team were incredibly professional, clean and responsive. As an added bonus, he found the perfect compliment brick to replace the outdated wood that was wrapped around the fireplace. During the process, our flooring installers were behind and we needed Kyle's team to postpone a day or two--he did it without any issue and was right back to work instantly when the flooring people finished. His was amazing, kind, accommodating and very cost-effective. A+++ across the board and a true professional in everything he does. Thank you, Kyle! "On time. On budget. Professional in every way. A truly stunning result. Remo construction repaired our structurally unsound gazebo in a wind-prone location, in triple digit temperatures. He genuinely cares about quality and creating the best outcomes. For us, this involved discussing many possible solutions. He suggested adding braces of both wood and metal to improve the structural integrity of the gazebo. The metal braces are a critical component that he derived from the specific windy conditions of our property. Then he researched this addition and figured out how to shape them to the unique structure of the gazebo. He did a beautiful job of adapting an imperfect structure into a safe and beautiful one. He and his team were diligent, working through extremely hot weather to finish our job on schedule. He was fastidious, and always cleaned the worksite before leaving each day. He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22.
