David and Team are amazing. They constructed a 500 sq ft master suite addition for us. The craftsmanship was excellent, workers were kind and respectful. David is extremely communicative, transparent, and had staff working every day (which does not always happen with contractors as sometimes they just don't show up). Another big plus was David did not nickel and dime for everything, including small adjustments to the plan, making the process much less stressful. We really appreciated the relationship and could not be happier with the final product. David is definitely now our "go-to" for any housing projects we need done.

Who says a home renovation project can't be easy? Laguna Bay Developing made our new backyard patio a pleasure to install. They came and gave us a quote which was competitive with other quotes we got. They listed for us everything they would be doing and they did it all. Their people were friendly and professional. During an unbearable heat wave, Juan and his team arrived on time and did a beautiful job. I don't think we've ever worked with a company we're more pleased with.

Total scam. Do not trust David or Gio because everything they touch turns to feces. Had to file small claims action. It is illegal for contractors to charge more than 10% down.
