"So Cal Builders, replaced our roof, damaged drywall in our living and resurfaced our cabinets. They install a new sink and faucet, backsplash and quartz countertops. Our outdated 30 year old kitchen was transformed into a modern and gorgeous kitchen. The drywall in our living was replaced. Our living room was painted and looks better than it did before. We are pleased to have a much needed new roof. Everyone who worked in our home wore a mask and practiced social distancing. We highly recommend So Cal Builders to our friends and family."

The work was scheduled at a time that was convenient to us. We scheduled so that work would be done while we were out of town. Kyle Beym and his employees were very clear in their communications and forthcoming in what we could expect. The work they did was top notch, the job was completed on time, they were very thorough in cleaning up after the work was done (before we came back home), and it was so exciting to come home to ceiling that had been retextured, painted, and with new recessed lights and ceiling fan installed. "We hired HQ Remodeling & Design to remodel our kitchen and living room, and we?re very happy with how everything turned out. The project included removing walls to open up the space, adding a large kitchen island, new flooring, and building a custom entertainment area around the TV. Rapha managed the project and was great to work with. He kept us updated, stayed on top of everything, and was always easy to reach when we had questions. The hardest part was dealing with the city and inspections. There was a lot of back and forth and some unexpected requirements, but HQ handled everything directly with the city and made sure it was done properly without putting that stress on us. He genuinely cares about quality and creating the best outcomes. For us, this involved discussing many possible solutions. He suggested adding braces of both wood and metal to improve the structural integrity of the gazebo. The metal braces are a critical component that he derived from the specific windy conditions of our property. Then he researched this addition and figured out how to shape them to the unique structure of the gazebo. He did a beautiful job of adapting an imperfect structure into a safe and beautiful one. He and his team were diligent, working through extremely hot weather to finish our job on schedule. He was fastidious, and always cleaned the worksite before leaving each day.
