On the call out to replace the replaced part our appointment window was pushed forward 2 - 3 times due to another customer adding items to their project during the scheduled work. Customer service, management, and ownership were quick and flexible in negotiating an accommodation for the inconvenience. The techs were very diligent in testing and re-testing the part replacing the replaced part and very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the potential consequences of moving forward with another planned project, which allowed us the opportunity to discuss and decide whether to move forward or not."

These connections had already created minor gas leaks. They replaced the fittings and properly sealed the connections at no additional charge. They were pleasant, punctual and answered all my questions, providing as much detail as I wished. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and hire them again."
