Paul was friendly/outgoing, and pleasant; he took a few samples from the adhesive under our wood floor which only took a few minutes, then he was on his way. He said the results would be available later in the day--three hours later we had the results! Great service--Would highly recommend.

I was very surprised at the cost of the test. I felt for the time given the cost was 50% too high. It's one of those situations where the charge for testing is too great, but you have to do it because it is serious regarding health care.
