Great. Jacot isn't cheap, but the people know their stuff - they id'd the leaky pipe and capped it on day 1, came back and rerouted the pipe a couple days later (it was hot water to a downstairs guest bathroom, so not an issue to do without for a few days). A very clean, well-done job. The plumbers (one was a member of the Jacot family) were friendly and mindful of distancing and mask wearing, and on the second visit we discovered that the company hires women - Susie was the apprentice on the job. We used to use Biard & Crockett in Orange, but they are always so busy that it takes days, even weeks, to get someone out. Jacot made sure to get to us the day we called so they could plug the leak right away. That efort was greatly appreciated.

My hose bib did not qualify for the promo. Which upon reading coupon / promo more closely, and examining my fixture, appears mine was welded and that was not covered. Plumber was very professional. Did really good work. I would hire again with closer confirmation of work to be quoted.

The faucet wasn't the problem, which I suspected was the case as I had had a part replaced in the past, but fixing the drip didn't last. The plumber first did a test to see if part replacement was the problem. He said the system needed to be bled and quoted an additional $96 beyond what I had paid for the big deal. He first had me open a faucet upstairs while the bleeding took place. What he did worked. It's now 6 months later and I haven't had a problem since.

Jacot Plumbing sent out Justin Jordan and he did an excellent job. Jacot was very responsive when it came to scheduling the appointment and kept me up-to-date on the exact time Justin would arrive. Justin replaced the temp/balancing cartridge and this resolved the leak and the howling pipes. Getting access to and replacing the cartridge was made more difficult due to the custom plaster work we had to do several years ago to adapt to the fixtures we installed at that time. Justin explained the effort and risks involved in working around the plaster work and kept me informed of any unexpected issues he encountered. He was able to work around all issues and completed the work successfully. We were very satisfied with his service and will be using Jacot and requesting Justin for future plumbing needs.

I bought a deal for a new hose bib but the work I needed was more than the coupon covered. The plumber that came out was able to fix the problem and changed out a different hose bib so that I was able to use the coupon AND have a non leaking hose. He definitely went above and beyond.
