It all started when I posted a request for a custom cabinet/bookshelf builder on Angi and IDEL responded promptly. From the very beginning, they were very reliable and sensitive to my needs. The IDEL designer (Edward), came out and was very professional. He took all of the measurements and, within a short period of time, presented me with a CAD design prototype view. They called me to their shop to view the progress of the product on two occasions. They met every milestone to my satisfaction. The installation crew were very skilled and experienced.
