Igor was a pleasure to work with. He helped me pick the right materials while giving great advice on how to make the space more usable. His team didn’t just paint over the cabinets. They did everything the proper way, were very clean, punctual, and never cut corners. They even replaced all of the hinges for me. "I highly recommend Contractor Adrian Lamb owner of Affordable Builders. I needed to find a contractor who could replace a mid-century bathtub/shower with a walk-in shower for my elderly parents and I needed the job completed as soon as possible. I contacted Adrian who graciously agreed to provide a quote on a Saturday morning. He was very professional and patient with our ideas and questions. He explained all options for our project and provided a quote including project scope later that same day. He also provided several different places to select the specific tile that my parents were looking for. The tile was selected. I notified Adrian who agreed to travel to two different locations to pick up the materials. The project started on the following Thursday as agreed at contract signing. Adrian was in constant communication responding to additional questions and providing updates. Project was completed in one week which is exactly what was promised. The shower is absolutely amazing and my parents are very happy with the workmanship of the finished project. Affordable builders worked in a very organized fashion, keeping materials, tools and all areas clean and safe throughout the project. My father asked that additional painting be done and Adrian obliged without hesitation. Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Builders for any bathroom remodeling needs. "Ryan, the owner and project manager, was extremely responsive and great at communicating with me for all the work throughout the entire project. The price was fair and the work was on time, on budget and of high quality. I'm reasonably knowledgeable about the construction of a deck, and so was able to get a very detailed estimate and plan together by collaborating with Ryan at the beginning and throughout project. The nucave crew and even the subcontractors were similarly friendly; they showed up on time every day, worked hard, and cleaned up when the left. The only reason for a B rather than an A rating was that there was a bit of a SNAFU during the layout work at the beginning that led to a portion of the deck not being positioned exactly how I had wanted it, but Ryan was able to work with me to mostly resolve it and the project continued smoothly from that point forward. I would work with Ryan and Nucave again."

"I hired C&H for a whole-house deep clean. Scheduling was easy, less than a week. The owner, Al, and his crew have been terrific; thorough, responsive, careful and hard-working, The price was affordable and the place looked great afterwards. "The whole process was outstanding!! I’m someone who doesn’t like construction. The dust especially. But I also wanted an upgrade. I interviewed 3 contractors. Tim Armitage being one of them. He by far was a stand out. Not only was he very friendly and funny but his knowledge of construction was mind blowing. I ended up hiring RCD and was so happy I did. Tim’s crew were very nice and respectful. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. And that’s a big deal to me. Because I work from home I had to stay there during the construction process. Being very dust sensitive they would put plastic up wherever they were working. They also cleaned up the area every day after they were done. I felt they always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Tim was great at always keeping the lines of communication open. He always answered his phone. Which I really appreciate. I can be kind of picky. I expect the best and I got it. The project was done in the time frame I was promised. Tim also has an eye for the finishes. He helped me pick out paint colors , tile, countertops etc. so that everything flowed nicely. The project went so smoothly! And for that I was so grateful. My kitchen and bathroom are beautiful.
