I had a unique situation whereby I needed two custom bookcases built into an existing space. Dennise contacted me and scheduled a visit immediately. The IDEL designer (Edward), came out and was very professional. He took all of the measurements and, within a short period of time, presented me with a CAD design prototype view. At every step of the project, they kept me informed. They were very diligent in making sure they were building exactly what I requested. They called me to their shop to view the progress of the product on two occasions. They met every milestone to my satisfaction. The installation crew were very skilled and experienced. It was prep work for a listing to be put on the market for sale post a tenant move out. So painting, microwave put in fixtures of door handles face plates, just a checklist of a number of items. It was wonderful working with Mike. He was kind he was polite. He was on time gave an estimate stay to it.
