"We just completed a project with IDEL and I I would characterize my feeling as very satisfied. It all started when I posted a request for a custom cabinet/bookshelf builder on Angi and IDEL responded promptly. From the very beginning, they were very reliable and sensitive to my needs. I had a unique situation whereby I needed two custom bookcases built into an existing space. Dennise contacted me and scheduled a visit immediately. The IDEL designer (Edward), came out and was very professional. He took all of the measurements and, within a short period of time, presented me with a CAD design prototype view. At every step of the project, they kept me informed. They were very diligent in making sure they were building exactly what I requested. They called me to their shop to view the progress of the product on two occasions. They met every milestone to my satisfaction. The installation crew were very skilled and experienced. To be perfectly candid, I saw a few of the negative reviews about IDEL. I ignored them and decided to give IDEL a chance and I am glad I did. He remodeled our home office in Carlsbad after a flood and put it back together better than before; he remodeled our new home we purchased in Temecula, which included kitchen redo, all new moulding in the home, garage cabinets and new floor etc. etc.. He was on the job daily and no whining why he couldn't be there to work. He is a perfectionist and my husband admitted "Barry knows more than I do about construction." He is a joy to work with. "Mike was on time and quick on the draw for starting projects. We used him to finish the kitchen for us. I want to say that when he came in, our house was a disaster due to a plumbing leak in which insurance was working on with their contractor. Mike didn’t skip a beat, worked around everything and did a fantastic job on the backsplash and the can lights. I feel a little bad because I’m fairly talkative and I found several other projects for him after we decided we were listing the house. His work has been outstanding on every project so far and can tackle many jobs. He’s is about to start painting our house this week and has fixed several issues in the meantime. I would recommend Mike over and over."
