"I love my new Windows! Gary, window consultant gave a great in home consultation, did demos with actual windows and answered all questions and was thorough. Months later windows are finally installed and they are beautiful and changed the look of my entire house. I highly recommend Brothers if you need new windows and I’m so glad I found them in the Angi app. I had a number of different sub contractors in my house through Lowe’s and other companies I found through google that were quoting me insanely high prices after walking through my house , spending 3 minutes before they gave me my insane estimate. Brothers does windows only, has been in business for 30 years (my window installer, Wes has been with the company for 25 years, so that speaks volumes) so they know what they’re doing and got the windows installed so quickly, they were done in a day. If I ever need new windows again, I’d go with them again and will recommend to any friends and neighbors as well."

He was on time and he did a great job with the projects I had to finish.He had to return a door to Home Depot that I had ordered and get another size and was very gracious about the situation. "Counters look good, however, there was a HUGE mess. Tons of old counter top in every one my drawers and in all of the cabinets. Basically no clean up, no attempt to. In addition, they got glue in the window track and the window couldn't open. I called multiple times to have this fixed weeks apart. I did get an apology for them forgetting to come out after the first call. However, a huge mess was made getting the glue off the window seal and not cleaned up even a little bit. Rude...acted like we were inconveniencing them. Never apologized. The counters look great but customer service definitely left a sour taste."

"They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for window replacement work. Gary Chern provided a very clear presentation of the company and the windows they offer with various options. Larry Khimich was very communicative with the details of the scope of work and their crew did an excellent job. They damaged one lawn decoration that we discovered later and they provided payment for replacement of the decoration. Mistakes happen and they made good on the damage. They did the work in October and it is now the end of March. No problems and we are very happy with our new windows!"
