Communication 5/5 - Jeff was very responsive to questions and clearly communicated the work and timeline. Timeliness 5/5 - Both the consultation and installation started on time. The windows actually arrived sooner than expected. Quality 5/5 - The installation team laid down blankets before starting any work. They removed the old windows without damaging the surrounding wall. They installed the new windows and applied the cleanest caulk line I’ve ever seen. They cleaned up after themselves. The Anlin windows that were installed works perfectly and are beautiful."

The other companies I contacted couldn’t or weren’t interested in doing the job. Elite completed the job no problem. "GDI, Don and the team did a great job on my new garage door. I've had it for a number of years now and it still looks great. The team helped me design a custom wood door that matched some elements of my home...window aspect ratio, etc. The door was build quickly and installed. They offered a high clearance track to allow more effective use of my garage. All around it was a great experience and i'd recommend them to anyone."
