On the day of the appointment, three guys arrived in the morning. They removed all the insulation, did a check around the house, patched up any holes they found in the attic and around the house, and put new insulation into the attic. They were done by mid afternoon. They kept the house clean during the entire process; covering the floors, wearing suits, and protecting my stairs. They use this big vacuum that goes through your house so none of the insulation being removed ever gets exposed in your living space. In addition, there is a 1 yr warranty in case we hear any noise from the attic again or they didn't cover something up. The workers were courteous and professional."
