"I love my new Windows! Gary, window consultant gave a great in home consultation, did demos with actual windows and answered all questions and was thorough. Months later windows are finally installed and they are beautiful and changed the look of my entire house. I highly recommend Brothers if you need new windows and I’m so glad I found them in the Angi app. I had a number of different sub contractors in my house through Lowe’s and other companies I found through google that were quoting me insanely high prices after walking through my house , spending 3 minutes before they gave me my insane estimate. Brothers does windows only, has been in business for 30 years (my window installer, Wes has been with the company for 25 years, so that speaks volumes) so they know what they’re doing and got the windows installed so quickly, they were done in a day. If I ever need new windows again, I’d go with them again and will recommend to any friends and neighbors as well."

They communicated with us throughout and made sure we knew the progress of the project. Mariano was also a great source of information when we needed advice on choosing materials, colors, and brands. They made sure the job site was clean at the end of each day and worked long hours to make sure our project was completed in a timely manner. I especially appreciate the patience they had in accommodating unexpected delays to the projects, which on our end was caused by a faulty tub and having to sort out our warranty with our supplier. "We needed work done involving three different trades and were hoping to find one company that could complete all aspects of the job. The work included sheetrock replacement (including texturing to be paint-ready), laminate flooring & padding installation, and bath vanity install & connect water lines. We received estimates from four different companies and chose Armando Espinoza Villa Handyman. Armando came over to see and discuss the job and provided an estimate later that day. He has a calm, low key demeanor and did a good job of listening to what we needed done. His pricing was fair, and he has experience in all the areas involved in our project. He also has many very good reviews on Angi, which was a factor in hiring him. Additionally, we Googled his company to see photos of his work. Armando completed all of the work on our house in just over two days. His work looks professional and we're very pleased with how it turned out. We'd hire him again. We've included photos."

They have not yet contacted me regarding the work to be done. As I am preparing to go on a vacation and will not return until the middle of next week, I'm in no hurry. If I haven't heard from them by the end of next week (May 29), I will contact them the following week.

I had paid the $1,000 advance by Visa through Angie's List, since Best Exteriors only accepts Pay Pal. Angie's sent them a check, but Best Exteriors said they didn't know what it was for, so it took two months to get an agreement signed. It seems to me that they could have called Angie's to ask what it was for. If I received a check for that much and didn't know why, I'd be on the phone right away to find out. I paid it in March. The job was done in July.

The crew of two men showed up on time and did a great job installing the windows. The problems started after the windows were in. The re-installed my two window air conditioners, but left large gaps around them where wind and water could get in.

 They fixed one of them before they left, but I had to call the office to get the other one done. It was fixed a week later, but then Alex called me and said it was not part of their job to put the A/C back in, and the customer should make the arrangements for that. Well, alright, but he didn't tell me that when he came out to make the arrangements for the work to be done. It would have been a deal breaker for me, as I am elderly and not strong enough to do that. He said they had "gone above and beyond" by putting the A/C back in for me, but I don't think it's too much to expect them to put things back as they were when they started the job. Certainly they should have told me if it wasn't part of the agreement.

"They were on time and worked hard all day. There was one mistake made. They knew I was getting a new hood vent and the final measurements did not take into consideration that the new hood had different measurements than the old one. A new quartz backsplash had to be fabricated. They completed the project in one day. There was an issue with my flooring that I'm still waiting to be resolved. I don't know yet if I would hire them again."
