"It started good from the bid, as he came out fairly quickly. There was a big lag between me accepting his bid and him coming out to do the work. The first couple of weeks were understandable, as we were both busy, but I would call him and call him and not get calls back for up to three weeks at times. He had a number of reasons for not getting to me including family related issues and being too busy. After finishing the first part, it was really good but I wanted to follow up and he didn't get back to me for another month. He showed up to finish randomly and did a great job. The tough thing is that the application and skill was almost a ten out of ten, but the follow through including the cleanup and his responsiveness was poor."
