Communication 5/5 - Jeff was very responsive to questions and clearly communicated the work and timeline. Timeliness 5/5 - Both the consultation and installation started on time. The windows actually arrived sooner than expected. Quality 5/5 - The installation team laid down blankets before starting any work. They removed the old windows without damaging the surrounding wall. They installed the new windows and applied the cleanest caulk line I’ve ever seen. They cleaned up after themselves. The Anlin windows that were installed works perfectly and are beautiful."

"Hire my Husband built an arbor to go over our living room sliding door (it was not a kit). Dawson worked closely with us on the design to insure it was exactly what we wanted. "Great experience getting windows installed by American Home Renewal. First contact was 6 months ago. I slept on it for a few months and got some other quotes. Chris was friendly as a sales man, Gave me a competitive price and some pointers on fiberglass vs vinyl. I went with Vinyl. Alex was the installer and was very detailed in explaining the install process. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me tips on how to do a proper install. We did a mix of new construction and retrofit. we added window casings and he was very thorough and asked multiple questions on how I wanted the casings to look. only hiccup was one of the windows was ordered wrong. we couldn't determine where the mixup occurred but they immediately took full ownership and reordered me a new window to the specs I wanted. I would highly recommend."
