"After receiving several bids, we opted to go with Paramount Pavers in large part because the owners, Isaac and Rudy, gave us the greatest sense of comfort that they weren't sketchy contractors. They were a pleasure to work without throughout the project, which included over 100 feet of cinder block walls and 1,000 sq ft of pavers in the driveway and across a front patio and stairs. They worked with us on a some design thoughts up front, and each of their project foremen were able to help us work through some questions that came up during the project. The end result is fabulous -- the project became the buzz of the neighborhood, and we've had several friends call us to let us know it was transformational. They did the whole project within the original bid (which was highly competitive with the other contractors), and didn't try to nickel and dime us for small changes along the way (we paid for one project addition that was outside the scope of the original project). It was a great experience; I will gladly call them when we decide to redo the backyard."

"From our first phone conversation that we had with Eli at SES builders, I understood that this is a different company that work differently from all the other ones. Eli really understood the value of the relationship that must have when a remodeling project is achieved and he understood clearly our expectations. During our meetings at our that house, Eli didn’t relied just on our personal design concepts and more than that, his design process started with our design preferences and included additional solutions to several items that we wanted to have but unfortunately they couldn’t be implemented. One of the ideas of Eli was to take down one wall that separated our kitchen from the rest of the house and we loved that idea because it made the house with a much larger open space. The remodeling went fast and Eli made sure that the crew will work at the house on a daily basis making sure that the daily tasks will be accomplished. While the work was in progress, Eli went with us to several vendors in order to select the right materials for our remodeling. "We met with few construction companies in order to remodel our kitchen and all the bathrooms at the house which at the end of all the meetings… we decided to hire Cielo construction. We met with Simon and during all the meetings that we had, he spend extra time to really understand what we want to achieve, what is our style and preferred design. This was a huge plus for us because we felt that he really care about our project and not only in making money. We needed to expand and upgrade our kitchen by moving the laundry space to the garage and removing a wall between the dining room area to the kitchen. This made us the exact open space and entertaining area that we wanted. More than that, we replaced some of the windows so we can have natural light. In the kitchen we added an island with 6 seating that will face one of the windows overlooking the back yard. The team of Simon guided us to make the remodeling stress free including helping us with the purchase of all the cabinets, floors, marble, tiles and appliances. We are very happy with the whole remodeling and the new kitchen beat all of our prospects, converting our entire home. We will keep recommending Simon and Cielo construction."

"Quality of service was excellent over a 17-day permitted job for full bathroom remodel in 2 bedroom/1 bath single family home. Job included removing two windows and putting in one new window, demo to the studs, new electrical, new plumbing, new walls, lighting, exhaust fan, installation of marble floor and wall tile, installation of new tub and toilet, vanity, quartz vanity counter top with back and side splashes, linen closet, new door and frame, sconces, LED recessed lighting, paint, stucco on exterior, etc. From the initial estimate to the final inspection, Itay was our main point of contact. Very professional and responsive by text and cell phone. Worked six days a week to finish the job with workers at the house from 7am to 5pm most days. The framers, tile workers, painter/cabinet installer, and especially Conrado the plumber were great to work with. The lead foreman, Gabby, was also a real pleasure to work with and caught problems before I did. Only hiccups on the job were either missing fixture parts on my end, or a delayed City inspection due to the weekend. Itay and United Builders of LA are the right guys with great prices, excellent quality, and respectable, professional crew. Can't wait for my HVAC replacement next year!
