"We didn't satisfy his initial service (which I believe was just an accident nothing to do with their quality of service), and contact them again and receive immediate positive response to come back to do the service again. FIVE STAR service !!! Highly recommended. Reasonable price for the additional sq ft. We have hired multiple people for different types of service needs for the new house that we just recently move in. None of them can top Concrete & marble Transformerz's service.

"Our wonderful remodeling job was done by Best builders group & their awesome team. After shopping around for more than few months for a good home improvement company, we got to Best builders group. The project manager was easygoing, skilled, honest and perfectionist!! For sure there was no pressure of any kind which caused us to feel very comfortable with him. We decided to remodel our kitchen & the backyard. The work included the installation of artificial turf, plants/flowers while the kitchen was completely updated. They installed new cabinets (upper and lower), countertops, backsplash tiles, lights, paint and more... the new kitchen absolutely looks gorgeous and the house is like a new one. All of our friends and family always amazed when they come to visit. They took extra care of everything and the crew and staff was very nice and polite all the time. We definitely recommend Best builders group to everyone!"

They arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled (nice change of pace from the last service I used) and actually listened when I explained my concerns about the grout around the tile in my high traffic areas in the kitchen. "The flooring and carpet guys were really good and they were right on time, but the tile guy was somewhat unreliable as he was a couple of days late getting out here. I don’t think I’ll be using the tile guy again in the future. As far as their responsiveness, in the beginning they were great but at the end they wouldn’t return our calls."
